Beng Low, founder of the firm, has a 25-year track record of design excellence and distinguished client service. He is a licensed professional structural engineer in the State of California. Mr. Low is also a registered professional engineer in Malaysia. 

Mr. Low received his Master of Science degree in structural engineering from Ohio State University. After graduation , he held positions as a structural engineer at Sargent and Lundy, Chicago; Impell Corporation, Walnut Creek; and Datum Engineering ,Dallas.

His structural engineering expertise has focused on large and mid-size high-rise buildings, commercial and office buildings, oil refinery structures, water and wastewater facilities, industrial buildings, and power generation facilities.
