Beng Low, principal of Keshmen Consult, founded the firm in 2005. He is a licensed structural engineer in the State of California. For the past 25 years he has developed a reputation for collaborating with clients, thereby building relationships that endure.

The firm’s primary offering is to provide quality engineering and project management. We also offer complementary services through our alliance partners in architecture and mechanical and electrical engineering. This means we can provide a sole-source building design package.

We are also known for our knowledge of a wide range of construction techniques and materials ranging from reinforced concrete, water/liquid concrete structures, post-tensioned concrete, concrete tilt-up, structural steel, light-gauge steel, masonry, and wood.  We have the latest tools and knowledge to provide creative ideas to achieve cost-effective structural solutions while maintaining the elegance and style required by architects and other without compromising on the safety of the structure.
